If you'd like to have the same Instagram grid as seen on the demo page:

You have to follow the steps below:

1. Go to Dashboard > Instagram Feed > and set the plugin's settings Vamtam Elementor Themes: How to set up the Instagram Feed?

2. Set the number of the columns to 6-7 to have the grid layout shown on the demo:

3. Next, edit the Instagram Elementor template

and add the correct shortcode:
